CommScope, MBSI WAV extend Ruckus outdoor wireless broadband line across Canada

May 26, 2022
New distribution agreement provides Canadian solution providers and integrators with greater access to Ruckus outdoor wireless broadband products and systems.

CommScope (NASDAQ: COMM) this month announced that it is expanding access to its Ruckus outdoor wireless broadband products and systems in Canada via a new distribution agreement with MBSI WAV, a premier Canadian value-added distributor of wireless and networking technologies.

The agreement creates additional availability for Ruckus products in Canada, offering solution providers and integrators new options for sourcing Ruckus’s outdoor wireless broadband platforms across the country.

CommScope adds that its expansion of its Ruckus inventory and distribution network with MBSI WAV addresses growing demand in Canada for connectivity, including nationwide initiatives to deploy high-speed wired and wireless broadband networks in rural environments, enterprises, venues, and elsewhere.

"We’re excited to offer our complete Ruckus portfolio through MBSI WAV and give our local integrators and customers the expanded inventory and distribution they’ve been asking for,” remarked Mark Elworthy, VP, North American Sales, Ruckus Networks. “Ruckus solutions are powering the world’s leading networks, and our expanded footprint in Canada makes our leading solutions and expertise more accessible than ever before.”

The complete Ruckus outdoor wireless broadband portfolio is available now at MBSI WAV.

“The Ruckus portfolio is a timely and valuable addition to our outdoor wireless broadband solutions catalogue,” said Michael Schneider, principal, MBSI WAV, who concluded, “The Canadian market is experiencing a new wave of growth in carrier-grade high-speed broadband deployments. We’re partnering with companies like CommScope to enable the broader availability of world-class connectivity solutions, in concert with our unrivaled service and support, to better serve our customers for the long term.”
