Korean cable services provider CJ HelloVision has purchased ARRIS (www.arrisi.com) C4 CMTSs to deploy DOCSIS 3.0 high-speed data and VoIP service to its customers. CJ HelloVision is a part of the CJ group of companies and serves nearly 3 million cable homes.
