Alticast will present a variety of all-IP software solutions for set top boxes and other devices, including multiple RDK device integrations and a new HDMI stick set-top, at CES in January in Las Vegas.The company will be showcasing its TV Ready Application Framework in conjunction with RDK. The TV Ready User Agent manages operations, provides core TV functionality and is designed to allow operators to implement HTML5, Android, and Native UX applications on one STB platform.Alticast will premiere an HDMI stick solution for IP delivery. The HDMI stick can be used as a client with a gateway, or for direct content delivered via cloud based IP delivery. Other solutions to be displayed include Alticast Cloud Based DVR, the standards-based Alticast Application Store, and the U.S. premiere of the Windmill 2.0 user experience.
