    At Broadcast Asia 2014 in Singapore, RGB Networks will show its CloudXtream solution, which is intended to enable service providers to simplify the deployment of new services and scale to meet fluctuations in subscriber demand.

    The cloud-based, turnkey approach is designed to enable service providers to deploy an nDVR solution in their own data center or hosted private cloud. It combines RGB's transcoding and packaging software solutions with OpenStack, an open source cloud computing platform.

    RGB's OpenStack framework deployment model is intended to enable deployment of all CloudXtream Ad Insertion for Multiscreen (AIM) and CloudXtream nDVR software components as simply as a video cloud on a USB stick.
