    Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) Fiber has re-opened signups in Provo, UT, through Sept. 20. The company is offering 7 years of free Internet and a $30 installation fee to residents of Provo fiberhoods. After Sept. 20, the install fee will go up and will "... probably be closer to the same $300 that we charge in Kansas City," according to Google Fiber's blog page.
