Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) has completed the rollout of its TWC Maxx program in Los Angeles and New York City. Upgrades now available to more than 7 million households in thee two cities include Internet speeds up to six times faster than before, Enhanced DVR service, video improvements including more on-demand choices and an all-digital lineup, and network reliability and performance upgrades.

The Maxx program will expand to Austin this year and to seven more markets in 2015, including Kansas City, Dallas, San Antonio, San Diego, Hawaii, and Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. The Internet speed enhancements are now available to all Austin-area customers, and the upgrade to an all-digital lineup is underway.
