Starting next week, Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) will begin the final phase of creating an all-digital network in Kansas City by moving the last of its video channels from analog to digital, including the primary Kansas City area broadcast stations. The digital migration is part of the MSO's ongoing TWC Maxx upgrade program in the area, which also includes faster Internet speeds and network reliability upgrades.

TWC started the Maxx upgrades in Kansas City in January. The overall project was announced in January 2014, and the first TWC markets to get the upgrades were Los Angeles and New York City. The project has been expanded to several other markets since, and more are planned.
