Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Envivio (NASDAQ:ENVI), which will continue to function as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ericsson. The $125 million deal, announced in September, is intended to strengthen Ericsson's position in TV and media. As a result of the merger, Envivio shares will be delisted from the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
