Witbe has upgraded its Workbench monitoring product to support 4K/UltraHD video technology. The main features of Workbench include the Remote Eye Controller (REC), the Script Writer, and the Scheduler. The upgrade is mainly focused on the REC and its ability (with 4K content) to display and take control of up to 200 devices-on-demand simultaneously, in real time.

The Witbe monitoring architecture is designed to report on the end-user's experience, including location, origin, timing and type of errors.

The Script Writer is designed to enable anyone to define captures, visual proofs of the user interface. The Scheduler upgrade is intended to let QA and operations teams deploy and manage complex scenarios and cross-resolutions campaigns. The REC upgrade is designed to display up to 200 device screens simultaneously on a single screen. A new "High Resolution Streaming" profile has been integrated to let QA and operations teams check the quality of their 4K and HD streams without downscale.
