VeEX is showcasing two new DOCSIS 3.1 analyzers at ANGA COM in Cologne, Germany.

The CX380s-D3.1 and CX350s-D3.1 handheld test sets equipped with ARM processors are designed to support DOCSIS 3.0 32x8 channel bonding and OFDM-based DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem emulation. Both test and measurement units are also equipped with 10GigE test interfaces. SLM features include QAM signal and spectrum analysis. Optical add-on test devices include an OTDR, fiber inspection scope and optical power meter; an optional coaxial TDR is available as well. Home Installation Process and Auto Certification Tests provide clear pass/fail results.

The CX350s-D3.1 is intended for installers, while the CX380s-D3.1 is intended for maintenance techs. Both units are now shipping.
