According to Time Warner Cable's blog site, the MSO's mobile apps for the Android OS -- both tablets and smartphones -- are now available for free download at the Android Market. The My TWC app mainly lets subs manage their services remotely, program the DVR, access phone logs, etc. The TWC TV app for Android smartphones has the same features as the app for tablets: IPG, schedule, search, set-top tuning and DVR management.
