According to Infonetics Research, business services are driving growth in VoIP. Though residential VoIP services still make up the majority of VoIP revenue, expanding business services as SIP trunking and cloud unified communications are fueling most of the segment's growth.

- Driven by activity in North America, SIP trunking spiked 23% in 1H13 over 2H12.
