Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions has signed an agreement to provide dedicated Internet access, enterprise trunking and Metro Ethernet access to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, which provides counseling for people who need help with sexual assault or abuse, financial distress, substance abuse, medical emergency, suicidal thoughts, and emotional or situational problems.

The Crisis Center will work with Bright House to build a data center to act as its primary voice and data hub and offer failover and disaster recovery in the event of an outage. Enterprise Solutions will also provide trunk group routing and Metro Ethernet between the Crisis Center's two locations and increase their Internet speeds as needed.
