Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Business has extended its network into the Houston-area Cedar Crossing Industrial Park in Baytown, TX. Businesses in the industrial park will have access to Ethernet options including Ethernet Dedicated Internet, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line and Ethernet Network Services capable of up to 10 Gbps. Companies will also be able to deploy Comcast Business VoiceEdge, a cloud-based voice and unified communications solution.
Located across the Houston Ship Channel from the Barbours Cut and Bayport container terminals, Cedar Crossing Industrial Park is the world's fifth largest industry park and comprises 15,000 acres, 56 miles of rail with the storage capacity of 1,750 rail cars, and a barge dock for commercial and industrial use for transporting goods and containers from the Port of Houston.
