Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions has introduced two cloud solutions, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS). The new business services are intended to provide enterprises cloud-based virtual server resources, data backup, and hosted software applications. They leverage Bright House Networks' private fiber network and are supported by locally based technical teams.

The IaaS solution consists of Cloud Compute and Cloud Backup. Cloud Compute is a virtual server on-demand resource, designed for rapid provisioning of compute resources through a self-serve management portal. Cloud Backup is an automated data backup utility for end-user computers and servers configured through the management portal.

The SaaS solution offers businesses a number of applications that enable them to execute and operate software services entirely from the cloud on a recurring subscription. The hosted applications include Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and web hosting.
