WOW! Business announced that the company's lab testing program has certified approximately 80% of the current North American IP PBX market, based on the market share of IP PBX vendors. The WOW! Business certification program is designed to document that IP PBX business voice equipment is compatible with WOW! Business SIP trunking services, including upgrades and additions that may be applied to the IP PBX in the future.

Certification is complete in the company's Midwest markets (Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana) with Southeast markets (Kansas, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama) expected to be completed in the third quarter. Current WOW! Business certified IP PBX models include:

  • Cisco Call Manager
  • Digium Switchvox

  • NEC SV8100
