Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Business announced the availability of its SIP Trunking service in the Twin Cities region to support its voice portfolio, including cloud-based hosted PBX (both TDM and IP), PRI trunks and business voice offerings. Now, Comcast Business can deliver voice and unified communications (UC) technologies to large enterprises, as well as small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Twin Cities region.

Comcast Business voice services include:

  • Business Voice - designed for small businesses
  • Business VoiceEdge - cloud-based hosted PBX for mid-size businesses looking for UC features from a hosted platform
  • PRI Trunks - designed to let customers use their existing analog PBX and scale up as needed
  • SIP Trunks - a scalable solution for mid-sized and large companies with existing IP PBXs and multiple locations
