Perpetual Storage, a maximum-security vault specializing in commercial protection of off-site digital and microform data, announced that Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Business will provide Ethernet service to power its DataVaulting services. Combining virtual data security with the data center's physically secure location inside of a granite mountain, the new service is intended to help enable customers to access their stored records and data more efficiently over a dedicated connection.
To offer the service, Comcast Business extended its fiber network directly into Perpetual Storage's facility. Customers also have better access to PSI's managed services and consulting services for customized data center solutions.
