Atlantic Realty Partners, a multifamily development company, is using Comcast's (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Xfinity Communities Advanced Communities Network (ACN) to deliver Internet, video, voice and WiFi services in more than 3,000 units of its multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties across the Southeast and Midwest.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Atlantic Realty Partners develops luxury apartment communities in suburban and urban locations.

"We build premium rental communities, and as such our amenities must be of the highest quality as well. Many of our residents are millennials and consumers who rely on and heavily use Internet and video services," said Richard Aaronson, president of Atlantic Realty Partners. "By providing our residents with the choice of Xfinity Communities high-speed Internet, video and phone services, we are confident that they will receive first-class amenities and customer service."

Atlantic Realty Partners has worked with Comcast and Xfinity Communities for more than a decade, first bringing video service to their developments and then expanding services to include Internet and phone. Each of its properties features Xfinity Communities WiFi and video services throughout common areas. Additionally, the property management team uses Xfinity Voice and Internet for administrative duties.

Xfinity Communities is providing fiber-based solutions to the buildings and individual apartment units.
