Rogers Communications (TSX:RCI.A) has announced a multi-year business services partnership with Toronto Pearson as the Official Telecommunications Partner at Canada's largest airport. As part of the partnership, Rogers will have category exclusivity for media, branding, and advertising, and in-terminal brand experiences. The partnership also includes a premium Ignite TV lounge in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 where travelers can watch Rogers' Ignite TV service.

"We're really excited to announce this partnership with Toronto Pearson and bring our great Canadian brands to life for the hundreds of thousands of Canadians that go through Toronto Pearson every day," said Drew Stevenson, vice president, Brand, Rogers Communications. "Together, our focus is on improving the airport experience and entertaining travelers while they wait for their flight, as well as offering unique advantages to Rogers customers."

The partnership will include:

  • A premium Ignite TV lounge
  • Mobile device charging stations throughout Terminals 1 and 3
  • Work stations for business travelers
  • Showcases of Rogers' latest technologies
  • An improved retail footprint at International Arrivals that provides a free SIM card and a free phone call for travelers to anywhere in the world
