Un informe mensual de Anatel, la Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de Brasil, informó que TIM Brasil tuvo el peor nivel de rendimiento en cuanto a banda ancha móvil en diciembre de 2013. El operador no cumplió con los objetivos de velocidad en 12 de 15 estados. Vivo incumplió con los objetivos en ocho estados, Oi en siete y Claro en cuatro, según TelecomPaper.
