GSMA está trabajando junto con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para abrir el Centro de Estudios Avanzados en Desarrollo de Banda Ancha en Managua, Nicaragua.

GSMA está trabajando junto con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para abrir el Centro de Estudios Avanzados en Desarrollo de Banda Ancha en Managua, Nicaragua. El objetivo de la institución es proporcionar a las autoridades gubernamentales en Centroamérica y República Dominicana servicios intensivos de capacitación que les ayuden a identificar obligaciones regulatorias y otras obligaciones en el desarrollo de banda ancha y los capacite en temas específicos para fomentar y promover la competencia. Como parte de un plan de estudios de 12 cursos, GSMA ha desarrollado clases sobre la gestión del espectro y sistemas móviles para el desarrollo socioeconómico.
