La compañía de telecomunicaciones Telefónica Vivo de Brasil ha elegido la tecnología de Quantenna Communications para su servicio de IPTV inalámbrico. Los decodificadores WiFi TV Fibra de Vivo utilizan la arquitectura WiFi 4x4 de Quantenna. Con el decodificador Wi-Fi de 5GHz de funcionamiento, cuatro secuencias espaciales y transmisión Universal Beamforming, los suscriptores del servicio Vivo TV Fibra pueden disfrutar de transmisión de video en HD por separado en varios TV a la vez.

En 2011, la rama de capital de riesgo de Telefónica, Telefónica Ventures, invirtió en Quantenna como componente central de la estrategia de implementación de IPTV de Telefónica en Europa y Latinoamérica.
