La empresa española Telefónica comprará al proveedor de banda ancha brasilero GVT de Vivendi S.A. por 7.2 mil millones de euros, según Reuters. Esta cifra incluye dinero en efectivo y acciones, incluida una participación del 5,7 por ciento en Telecom Italia S.A. Con el cambio de titularidad, Telefónica procura resolver conflictos antimonopolios vinculados con la adquisición de GVT, dice Reuters.
