Kabel Deutschland in Germany has deployed Convergys (www.convergys.com) Smart BSS Solutions to support further growth of its bundled services offerings and reduce its operational expenditure. The solution is based on Convergys' Rating and Billing Manager, a scalable charging and billing product designed to support full convergence, enabling Kabel Deutschland to create service bundles incorporating digital TV, broadband Internet, and telephony services.
