Great Lakes Data Systems recently converted four new Canadian operators to its WinCable subscriber management and billing system, including FCNQ in Bai D'Urfe, QC; Seaview Communications in Calgary, AB; South Island Cable in Port Renfrew; and Switch in Edmonton, AB.In other GLDS news, the company announced from the NCTC Winter Educational Conference that it has partnered with Momentum, a provider of private label digital voice services and broadband management, to provide OSS and billing integration, allowing ops to manage services from a single point-of-entry interface. The solution manages everything from order entry, to service updates including adding, suspending, restoring and disconnecting modems.
