UXP Systems' MINT User Lifecycle Management (ULM) 4.0 release will be available to new and existing customers beginning in July. It will include an expanded User Lifecycle Management process library for user onboarding, user access delegation processes, household/group management and device-to-user association.
Additionally, the new release includes pre-integration to cloud-based payment systems and adapters for consumers to access home control, lighting and fitness providers. It also features expanded support for high availability and fault-tolerant/geo-redundancy configurations for multi-geography implementations.
UXP says MINT can work with legacy OSS/BSS platforms to improve customer experience and care, including for integration of over-the-top (OTT) and cloud-based services into conventional service offerings.
"Operators acknowledge that the end-user is at the heart of the digital experience, and perhaps more importantly, that there is an emerging war over that digital user relationship," said Jay Deen, CTO at UXP. "We designed the release of MINT ULM 4.0 to add support for new business models like Consumer IoT, increased operator scalability and enhanced User Lifecycle Management processes that not only increase an operator's competitive position but also enable new monetization opportunities."
