In Expo booth 2503, Maxxian (www.maxxian.com) will introduce its CounterStryx Migration Audit services for the identification and correction of problems during cable system set-top transitions between billing and conditional access systems. The CounterStryx capabilities can be applied before a transition to scope the work required, during pre-transition tests to validate the processes, and following the transition to ensure set-top and account states are consistent with pre-migration results. CounterStryx Tracker Automation processes can be implemented into the migration process to correct problems as they occur and reduce performance bottlenecks.
