ARRIS Taps Sigma Systems for Project Management

ARRIS has selected Sigma Systems' Global Services team to deliver local project management and engineering services to help integrate WorkAssure workforce management with service providers' back office systems. Under the terms of the agreement, ARRIS will continue to own primary responsibility for the product's sale and customized development per market.In other ARRIS news, the company says its WorkAssure workforce management solution currently manages 12,000 technicians in Central and Latin America, who completed more than 3 million work orders in 2011.
