SeaWell Networks announced partnerships with Harris (NYSE:HRS) and BlackArrow on targeted advertising.SeaWell and Harris have combined their technologies to create a TV-like viewing experience on any device and monetize the service by delivering personally relevant ads to every viewer. The joint solution leverages SeaWell Spectrum technology and Harris' ad decision engine.In a similar deal, SeaWell and BlackArrow have joined forces to improve the user experience by delivering a seamless stream to any device and bring new monetization opportunities through more relevant and timely ads. The joint solution leverages SeaWell Spectrum technology and BlackArrow's Advanced Advertising System.
