Cable Op Deploys VoiceVault Authentication

Dec. 12, 2012
VoiceVault says its voice biometric identity verification solution is being used by a U.S. cable provider to facilitate the authentication of retail customers contacting their customer service center. The company says 60,000 callers verify their identity monthly. The voice biometric identity verification solution is designed to automate customer account verification. When a customer wishes to add or change services, or request a pay-per-view show, the customer needs only to repeat a four-digit phrase that takes less than 5 seconds to verify their identity.
