PerfTech says it has added three new ISP customers during the first quarter of this year. All are based in the United States, and one is a top-10 cable MSO. In addition, two existing customers ordered expansions of their PerfTech Bulletin Systems to accommodate acquisitions and growth. Based on the previous number of end-user subscribers who can be messaged via the PerfTech platform, the new Q1 business increases subscriber-reach by more than 15%.
