WOW! Expands NetCracker OSS Role

WOW! has selected NetCracker Technology to deliver an OSS transformation program. The program expands on an existing relationship in which NetCracker is the primary billing and customer data management provider for WOW!. As part of this expanded agreement, NetCracker will provide its NetCracker 9.0 network resource inventory and network design and planning capabilities.

NetCracker will create a centralized repository for WOW!'s network data while consolidating and migrating data from several acquired solutions. NetCracker will also be responsible for creating provisioning workflows, providing user training and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
