Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) is using ARRIS' (NASDAQ:ARRS) WorkAssure Field Service Management as part of its program of offering one-hour service windows and scheduling appointments. The MSO has deployed WorkAssure across its residential, commercial and plant maintenance operations.

In other ARRIS news, MAXISAT, a Finnish-based provider of managed and operated multiscreen TV services, has selected the ARRIS GT-3 Multiple Bitrate (MBR) Transcoder for the international expansion of its Content Hub, part of its MAXICASTER end-to-end multiscreen video solution. MAXISAT delivers online multiscreen solutions to the service provider and broadcaster markets.
