Mediacom Extends CSG Back Office Contract

Mediacom Communications has renewed its contract with CSG International (NASDAQ:CSGS). Under the terms of the multiyear contract extension, Mediacom will expand its use of CSG customer care and billing solutions beyond voice, video, and data into home automation and other lines of business.

CSG will provide its Customer Communications Center (CCC) and CSG Financial Forecaster. The CCC is intended to provide real-time interactions that include the ability to access preference and service information from multiple systems, as well as communications based on defined parameters and events across all customer touch points, including social channels. CSG Financial Forecaster is designed to deliver an automated schedule of financial reports.
