Intraway has developed a new back office tool to allow end-users to self-manage their WiFiDOCSIS devices. The solution is intended to allow users to change and recover passwords and SSID and select the WiFi channel, among other capabilities. The tool is also designed to allow new modem models to be incorporated.

The add-on is part of the Intraway Provisioning Suite and is designed to provide an API that can be integrated to a self-management website for subscribers.
