Wirewerks NextSTEP Wall Mount Enclosure

Feb. 20, 2019
Wirewerks NextSTEP Wall Mount Patch Panels feature a “stepped” shelf design with capacity for up to six NextSTEP fiber modules in any combination in any shelf position. The panel enables easy installation or removal of all NextSTEP fiber modules from the front or rear, and the stepped positioning of the modules offers easy physical and visual access to any module without disrupting any other module co-resident in the panel. NextSTEP modules slide easily into any shelf position without the need for any tools, making initial deployment, subsequent MACs, and maintenance activities simple, fast, and cost-effective.

All panels include a lockable door hinged at the bottom for superior internal access and reduced space requirements on the wall, along with rubber door seals for harsh environments.

Judge’s comment: “Outstanding product. With rack and wall capacity dwindling just about everywhere, and accessibility being a major issue in most facilities, this product stands out as quite a maintenance-friendly and space-saving solution. Some of the most appealing aspects are the compact, stepped design with the ability to accommodate high fiber counts, and tool-free access to the interior modules.”
