Anritsu Company: Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A

Feb. 7, 2023
Anritsu has enhanced its Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A to support the PCIe 6.0 Base Specification Receiver Test (Rx Test) and has added an SKP function to filter SKP (skip order set) packets to support separate clock architecture (SRNS).
Anritsu has enhanced its Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A to support the PCI Express 6.0 (PCIe 6.0) Base Specification Receiver Test (Rx Test) and has added an SKP function to filter SKP (skip order set) packets to support separate clock architecture (SRNS). As a result, one MP1900A supports PCIe 3.0 to PCIe 6.0 and can calibrate stressed test signals and measure jitter tolerance using a real-time oscilloscope to provide engineers with an efficient instrument to verify their high-speed interconnect designs for data centers and services.

Judge’s Comment: “The Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A offers industry-best level of test functionality and controls. Debugging complex systems requires the analog controls such as the non-linearity eye opening features along with a mix of patterns and FEC monitoring. The MP1900A is unique in offering all of these functions in a single platform.”
