Spirent’s A1 400G Appliance was developed to meet the demand for delivering high-performing, reliable, affordable, and interoperable 400G infrastructure. The A1 platform offers the industry’s highest port density to validate infrastructure and services built on high-speed Ethernet technologies, says Spirent, with traffic loads that emulate the real world. The platform is designed with Spirent Smart Port Technology, a licensed feature that enables single port and speed upgrades for maximum flexibility and value, and supports auto-negotiation and link training (AN/LT) for all speeds and full breakouts including 8x50G with AN/LT.

Judge’s Comment: “Spirent comes through on the commitment of test/validation platforms to be ahead of system developers in order to accommodate their needs. Particularly impressive in the A1 400G Appliance are its high density, scalability, and testing range.”
