FIBERSTAMP's 400G QSFP-DD PSM8 transceiver adopts uncooled 50G PAM4 EML lasers to achieve 2- to 10-km intra-connection for 400G data centers. It adopts a parallel light engine and a single PCB to simplify production, and features reliable process, easy mass production, controllable thermal design, excellent performance, and low power consumption, says the company.
Judge’s comment: “An interesting alternative to 4x100G DR4, illustrating advantages of lower-speed highly parallel solutions."
