The company sees customers using CyNOC services in a variety of ways, from an extension of customers' existing NOC personnel, to after-hours coverage, NOC redundancy, or fully customized turn-key NOC services. The company says that 60% of its customers already use some form of the service, which has been available since the middle of last year. Cyan leverages Amazon Cloud as the foundation of the offering, which is available in the USA and Europe.

"It's critical for our business that GLC's customers have the most robust and reliable experience possible and CyNOC is helping us to deliver on that goal."

"CyNOC services have become an extension of my company and it provides me fully redundant network monitoring and the ability to leverage the leading technical experts on my backbone transport infrastructure. The CyNOC technical team contacts us and is working with my operations team within minutes of any network event to ensure that we maintain the highest possible network availability for our customers in the most cost effective manner possible."
